Dr. Edwards is the Founder and CEO of the Idari Collective.  Idari means leadership in the Yoruba language.  She is an experienced, innovative and energetic leader and coach with nearly 20 years in leading schools, nonprofits, and leadership development. Dr. Edwards is committed to her own professional and personal well being.  She is a social innovator and an advocate for Black and Brown women and children.
